Our Customization Methods

What it is: DTG printing uses specialized inkjet technology to print designs directly onto fabric, much like a paper printer but for clothing.

Best for: Detailed, full-color designs with gradients and photographic images. Ideal for smaller quantities and one-off custom pieces. Perfect for cotton and cotton-blend fabrics.

Advantages: No color limitations, soft hand feel, excellent for complex artwork, cost-effective for small batches, and eco-friendly water-based inks.

What it is: DTF printing involves printing designs onto a special film, applying adhesive powder, and then heat-transferring the design onto the garment.

Best for: Versatile printing on various fabric types including polyester, nylon, leather, and blends. Great for both light and dark fabrics without pre-treatment.

Advantages: Works on virtually any fabric, vibrant colors on dark materials, durable and flexible prints, no weeding required, and excellent for medium-sized orders.

What it is: Embroidery uses needle and thread to stitch designs directly into fabric, creating a textured, dimensional finish that's both elegant and durable.

Best for: Professional logos, corporate apparel, uniforms, hats, bags, and premium promotional items. Ideal for designs with limited colors and clean lines.

Advantages: Premium, professional appearance, extremely durable and long-lasting, works on thick fabrics like polos and jackets, adds perceived value to garments.

What it is: HTV involves cutting designs from sheets of colored vinyl and applying them to garments using heat and pressure. Designs are cut from solid-color vinyl sheets.

Best for: Names, numbers, simple logos, and bold graphic designs. Perfect for sports jerseys, team apparel, and personalized gifts with text-based or single-color designs.

Advantages: Wide variety of finishes (matte, glossy, glitter, metallic, glow-in-the-dark), durable results, quick turnaround, and cost-effective for simple designs.

What it is: Sublimation uses heat to transfer dye directly into the fabric at a molecular level, creating permanent, vibrant, full-color designs that become part of the material itself.

Best for: All-over prints, photo-realistic designs, and vibrant graphics on polyester and polymer-coated items. Ideal for activewear, sports uniforms, mugs, and promotional products.

Advantages: Unlimited colors, no texture or feel on fabric, designs won't crack or peel, breathable results, and exceptional durability. Perfect for complex, colorful artwork.

What it is: UV DTF is an advanced printing technology that uses UV-cured inks printed onto a special film, which can then be applied to virtually any hard surface—glass, metal, wood, plastic, acrylic, and more.

Best for: Hard goods, promotional items, custom drinkware, phone cases, signage, awards, and unique gift items. Works on surfaces that traditional methods can't handle.

Advantages: Extremely versatile substrate compatibility, vibrant colors with white ink base, scratch-resistant finish, waterproof and durable, and opens up endless creative possibilities beyond fabric.
