• Custom Apparel: Custom apparel design and production services using various printing methods

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Third-Party Services and Platforms

3.1 Third-Party Platform Usage

Our services integrate with the following third-party platforms:

• MassageBook: For appointment scheduling and booking
• Calendly: For consultation scheduling
• InteleTravel: For travel planning services
• Google Forms: For custom requests and inquiries
• Payment Processors: For transaction processing

By using these third-party services, you acknowledge and agree that:

We provide no warranty, express or implied, regarding third-party services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Booking and Appointment Policy

4.1 Booking Confirmation

All appointments must be booked through our authorized booking systems (MassageBook, Calendly, or direct contact). Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation via email or text message.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit toward future services
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged
• No-show: 100% of the service fee will be charged
• Late arrival: Services may be shortened to accommodate scheduled appointments, with no reduction in fees

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as available
• Package and program fees must be paid in full or according to agreed payment plans
• Promotional pricing and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing

4.4 Gift Certificates and Credits

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Account credits must be used within one year from the date of issue
• Gift certificates and credits are non-transferable without written consent

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

5.1 Medical Disclosure

By booking massage therapy or wellness services, you agree to:

• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and medications

5.2 Contraindications

• Infectious diseases or skin conditions
• Pregnancy (first trimester or high-risk)
• Cancer or recent cancer treatment

5.3 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with massage therapy and wellness services. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health complications arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 General Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Body Essentials, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Issues arising from third-party services or platforms
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or technical failures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain ownership of any original designs you provide

• All service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered

• Package and program fees are non-refundable after the first session has been completed

10.2 Product Returns (Custom Apparel)

• Custom apparel products are made to order and are non-refundable
• Defective or damaged items may be replaced at our discretion
• Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action or proceeding.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Good Body Essentials, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your failure to disclose medical conditions or health information
• Any content or materials you provide to us

13. Termination
